I was thinking about my definition of friendship today. How once we are friends, we are friends for life. That doesn’t mean we won’t fight or go years at a time without speaking, it doesn’t mean we will always be close, but it means that if any friend calls me at 3am who I haven’t spoken to in years, I’m there. It means that no matter where you are, when you need someone, or what it is, I’ll always be there. And, I think in the past I’ve worried that others don’t have the same definition of friendship — many don’t. But I realized that they don’t have to. The way that each person approaches friendship is unique to them and doesn’t have to be identical to anyone else’s. ♥️♥️

I went to a graduation party tonight and was talking about how I love being friends with adults and really enjoy school. And they were all so interested and excited about that and wanted to hear all about it. THOSE ARE THE PEOPLE YOU SHOULD BE SURROUNDED BY. The people that make you proud to be yourself 🙂
