It is so necessary to take the time to relax, to allow your mind and body to slow down for a moment and be ready to take on the next day even more powerfully. I took the day off of responsibilities just to chill and it was so lovely!! I also think that that day off should include a phone cleanse, we are all so closely connected to these devices that it seems impossible to go without them for even an hour. But it feels so wonderful to not be tied down to it all the time!!
