Tonight my favorite actress, Mary McCormack, replied to my comment on her Instagram. For me, that’s like an actual dream, because I watch her shows and movies all the time!!! 

“Famous people put their pants on one leg at a time just like the rest of us” unknown 

I’ve always thought this was a stupid saying, like obviously no one wakes up with pants on or gets into them some other way. However, now I’m seeing just that the saying serves to humanize our idols and heroes to show that they too have to get up in the morning and ready like everyone else. It’s exciting really that you could be getting up one day and putting your pants on and going out into the world to act as someone else’s role model or idol.
